The Second Wave Network welcomes membership applications from Accredited Investors interested in accessing exclusive private secondary opportunities.

There are no minimum yearly commitments to invest (although a per-investment minimum may apply), and Second Wave does not charge any membership fee.

We value our members for introducing new members and for actively referring new investment opportunities for consideration and support by the network.

By applying to join the Second Wave Network, members are bound by our membership agreement

Proactively monitor oneself for potential conflicts of interest
Maintain the utmost confidentiality of the information obtained via Second Wave
Proactively support our portfolio companies and our community
Accept the inherent high-risk nature of the investments Gaingels sources
Make their own independent investment decisions
Accept that Second Wave provides access and information to its members in regard to investment opportunities but does not conduct due diligence on their behalf, whose responsibility lies solely with each investing member
